What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking care of deliverable content as per client needs

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Knowledge and proper experience in administering salesforce.com
- Working exposure to technical concepts (programming, relational databases, cloud computing etc
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Good command over English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
