- Develop and maintain custom Apex code, Visual-force pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
- Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Visual-force, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with complex Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
