As a Tech Lead at the business, specializing in frontend Customer Experience, your core responsibility will be to optimize the utilization of multiple platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey. Platforms like Sitecore are pivotal in managing digital content and experiences, enabling personalized interactions across diverse channels.
Your role will encompass providing support, connecting these channels to the relevant data streams, and developing solutions to meet distinct frontend needs. Collaboration will be essential as you prioritize tasks alongside a diverse team of Product Owners, Agile Architects, Business Analysts, and fellow DevOps Engineers.
Your responsibilities may evolve to overseeing the entire frontend, shaping the complete digital experience for customers. As the technical lead, you’ll offer guidance to ensure that frontend solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Core Tasks:
- Design systems with high levels of availability and scalability.
- Implement and manage continuous distribution methodologies.
- Manage testing across the release lifecycle.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
- Design, develop, maintain, and manage process automation tools.
- Adopt an agile software development methodology.
- Manage continuous integration tool management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- A yearly salary up to € 95 000, depending on experience.

Your Profile:
- Experience with customer-facing applications.
- Experience with Sitecore.
- Experience and/or affinity with Agile way of working and the DevOps model.
- Experience with Salesforce / Mulesoft is considered a plus.
