Job Title: Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant
Location: Bethesda, MD (Open to remote with traveling to Bethesda regularly)

Position Overview: Our customer is seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and experience working with non-profit organizations. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with non-profit clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to optimize client operations..
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE experience working with Salesforce NPSP AND Program Management Module (PMM)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of non-profit business processes and challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
