Job Description
- Develop a cutting-edge platform to serve customers using the latest technology and modern software development practices
- Work closely with product owners, fellow software engineers, and various engineering teams
- Convert business challenges into technical solutions
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, prioritizing security
- Enhance the engineering proficiency within the team
Qualifications
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS and GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with modern software development processes (e.g., agile teams, continuous integration/deployment, test automation)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design
- Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code
- Strong analytical skills in technical and product domains
- Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences – engineering, product, and other stakeholders
- Background in financial services is advantageous
