Job: Data Engineer
Location: New York, or remote (East Coast preferred)
Salary: Up to $200k + Stocks + Bonus
We're expanding our team and seeking a Data Engineer to join a group of high performers working globally. You'll be responsible for a territory with significant potential, focusing on solving complex customer problems related to real-time data at scale, developing repeatable solutions, and contributing to our product at a strategic level. This role involves working across various customer use cases and addressing enterprise challenges.
What We're Looking For
If you're skilled at understanding customer needs, translating complex problems into clear, understandable solutions, and communicating these effectively, you're the candidate we're seeking. We need someone with a blend of technical and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and optimize their use of our platform.
- Develop quick prototypes/demos to showcase solutions, with a focus on efficient SQL.
- Help customers achieve business and technical goals, ensuring fast production.
- Create technical guides and blog posts.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with the Clickhouse dialect is a plus.
- Expertise in real-time data, data infrastructure, and analytics, with familiarity in Kafka, GCS, S3, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Ability to build custom, end-to-end solutions for customers.
- Experience creating technical guides and blog posts targeted at data engineers and developers.
- Versatility and strong communication skills, particularly in translating between technical and business stakeholders.
- English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Hiring Process

- Up to $200k + Stocks
