- Role: Senior DevOps Engineer
- Location: Remote (must be based in the US, ability to work on East Coast time zone)
- Salary: Up to $170k

What you'll be doing:
- Demonstrate leadership in building and managing development teams.
- Oversee provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Ensure systems and procedures align with organizational values.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues; provide escalated support.
- Build tools to minimize errors and improve the customer experience.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production errors.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
- Proficiency with metrics and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, AlertManager.
- Strong GitOps workflow skills using Flux or ArgoCD.
- Advanced Terraform and AWS/EKS knowledge.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes tooling: Kubectl, Kustomize, YAML, Helm Charts.
- Knowledge of Git and automation tools like GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Docker and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Golang).
- Experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Database administration experience with Postgres, Neo4j, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and maintaining PCI-DSS compliance.
